Subscribe + Save 10%

Once you've created an account and are ready to select your yummy meals, you can choose one of four Subscribe + Save options.

Send every 1 week, Send every two weeks, Send every four weeks and Send every five weeks. All Subscribe + Save orders receive an automatic 10% OFF your entire subscription order.

 

How do I login and manage my subscription on your website?

From any page on mealsforfido.com click "Login" at the top right of the navigation bar. You can also use this log in link.

Once logged in you can choose from "Manage Payment Options", "View Subscriptions" and "View Upcoming Deliveries" you can make any and all adjustments to your subscription and click "Save".

On a mobile device, go to the navigation by tapping on the three stacked bars. At the bottom you'll see "Login". You can also access "Manage Payment Options", "View Subscriptions" and "View Upcoming Deliveries" here.

 

Can I change the frequency of my deliveries after my initial order?

Most definitely! After logging into your account, click on "View Subscriptions". 

A new window will open with all products you've subscribed to. Click "View" then navigate to "Edit Subscription Details" 

Select the changes you would like to make and click "Update Subscription", you'll receive an email confirming your changes.   

 

Can I skip my delivery if I'm traveling or have too much food?

Yes, absolutely! We suggest simply skipping your next shipment. After logging in, click on "View Subscriptions".

A new window will open with all products you've subscribed to. Click "View" then navigate to "Skip Your Next Delivery". 

Select the dates you would like to skip and click "Save".  

 

How do I update my subscription?

Once you've logged into your account, click on "View Subscriptions". 

A new window will open with all products you've subscribed to. Click "View" from there, you can make any adjustment you like.  

 

How do I update my Credit Card Information?

Once you've logged into your account, click on "Manage Payment Options".

Click on "Add Credit / Debit Card" and enter the new card information. Click "Save" and close the window. 

Navigate to "View Subscription" and click "View" on the right side of your subscription, next click "Edit" under payment method.

Select your new payment method and click "Save".
